They won't be expecting you
The legislators in charge of deciding the fate of ObamaCare and whether to expand Virginia’s broken Medicaid system have opened a public comment webpage. A public comment page. I.E. –anyone can leave a comment.
This is your opportunity to point out the flaws of Medicaid expansion. You see, the proponents of Medicaid expansion don’t think you are the kind of person who would, say, remind them that one out of four doctors in Virginia turn down Medicaid patients. Or that Medicaid patients are almost twice as likely to die as folks on private insurance.
Medicaid expansion proponents hope that only their friends post on the site. And believe me, they are doing everything they can to get their allies to visit the site and regurgitate their refuted claims about the “benefits” of expanding Medicaid.
That’s why it’s so important that you do your part to tell the truth.
Post a comment and surprise the left – catch them by surprise with the force of fact-based arguments. They won’t be expecting it.
They also won’t expect that you would have the nerve to forward this email on to your conservative friends and encourage them to do the same. I mean, who does something like that?
Probably some of the same people who attended a rally at the State Capitol to say no to Medicaid expansion. Probably the same people who want to save their children, grandchildren, and neighbors from a terrible policy that will bankrupt our state while literally harming the people it’s supposed to help.
Probably someone like you.
Take their dare. Give them the facts. Stand up for our Commonwealth.
We are going to win this fight.
Yours for limited government,
