Some folks don’t want you, the taxpayer, to get property tax relief. So they are circulating misinformation – downright lies – about the constitutional amendments on the November ballot which would help you save money – and maybe even your home.

Everything is bigger in Texas…everything except government, that is.
Thanks to AFP members’ support for free market policies and limited government, Texas is the only large state with no budget deficit – we have $9 billion in our rainy day fund.
Texas created more jobs than any other state last year – 70% of the jobs created in the U.S. last year were in the Lone Star State.

Do you remember when President Obama appeared to entertain the idea of tort reform? He was addressing Congress recently and said he had talked to some doctors who said malpractice insurance was too high and keeping some doctors from high risk practices like delivering babies. Obama recommend some pilot projects in the states.
