Milton Friedman, a Nobel Prize winning economist, started as an advocate of Keynesian economics and later became a vocal supporter of the free market. His books and teaching have influenced and persuaded many, including Thomas Sowell and William F. Buckley. His legacy of advocating capitalism and deregulation make him an increasingly important figure in the school choice debate.
State Senator Lee Bright and South Carolina Republican Party Chairman Chad Connelly, vehement supporters of school choice, will be at the breakfast in honor of Milton Friedman’s legacy and ideas on July 30.

We hope that you will join us in celebrating Milton Friedman’s hard work for economic and educational freedom!
