Dear Governor Schwarzenegger and Members of the California Legislature:

Please Stop Over-Spending (SOS).

I strongly oppose the tax and "fee" increases proposed to address California’s $24 billion budget deficit. Less than a year ago California taxpayers were handed the largest tax increase in our state’s history. Any additional burden to families and businesses at this time will be devastating. The proposed tax increases are unnecessary. California has a spending problem, not a revenue problem. On May 19 voters soundly rejected tax increases and sent a clear message that Sacramento must control spending.

I urge you to live within your means and Save Our State from drowning in spending that will bankrupt our budget, drive jobs from our state and cause further hardship to families.
