AFP-PA Lowering Gas Prices
Philadelphia Area, PA – Americans for Prosperity, the nation’s leading advocate for economic freedom, will stop in Philadelphia area on Friday, October 19th for its Obama’s Failing Agenda Gas Event. This event will highlight President Obama’s failing green energy policies by reducing the price of gas to Pennsylvanians to $1.84 a gallon*, the cost of gas four years ago before President Obama took office. This event will feature local radio personality Dom Diorgano from the Big Talker 1210am.
“President Obama’s ideologically-driven “green energy” policies have made it more difficult for Pennsylvanians to fill up their tank and drive to work, get their kids to school, and enjoy their free time,” explained AFP-PA State Director Jennifer Stefano. “Our event will help Pennsylvanians get around this week and remind them of the need for sound energy policies that create jobs and lower our energy prices.”
AFP-PA will announce the location of this event the morning of Friday, October 19th. In order to be one of the first to be notified of the location text “GAS” to 46262.
“This event will educate Americans on the most harmful aspects of President Obama’s big-government agenda, and help put grassroots pressure on politicians to turn away from these destructive policies,” added Stefano.
The event includes educational information and a petition addressed to the President for citizens to fill out.
