Americans for Prosperity Foundation Hosts “Free Market Feminism: Why Capitalism is Great for Women” on College Campuses

Philadelphia – Americans for Prosperity Foundation – Pennsylvania, the state’s largest free market foundation with over 110,000 members, will be hosting a forum on “Free Market Feminism” at Temple University this Wednesday at 7pm.
“In light of the recent comments by liberal pundits who suggest that stay-at-home moms have ‘never worked a day in their lives’, it’s time free market women reclaim the narrative and disavow the attacks on women,” says Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania State Director (and stay-at-home mom) Jennifer Stefano. “It is time to show why “free market feminism” and not “give me free things feminism” is the right choice for all people regardless of gender.”

Adds Stefano, “Those in the spotlight currently calling themselves feminist are actually just pro-big government, pro-entitlements and pro-government spending. Our presentation will show limited government and economic freedom are the best way to advance all people in a society.”
