As you may have heard, some union bullies decided to interrupt a recent educational event we were hosting on paycheck protection. You can read more about it here. And see the video here.
What happened to us was an inconvenience, but it is nothing compared to what Sarina Rose has been forced to endure. Sarina works for a major construction company involved in a union labor dispute. Because of this, and a special exemption carved out for unions in state law, the union actions are legal. Union thugs have even come to her children’s sporting events and videotaped them. You can read more about Sarina’s story here.
Too many Pennsylvanians are stuck in situations like this; trapped between the threat of losing their job or being forced to either silently condone, or participate in outright, acts of union intimidation and violence. Many union workers will privately say they despise these violent tactics but in the same breath explain if they speak up they will become victims themselves.
We will stand in solidarity with Sarina and all the women (and men) like her who are being intimated and harassed by the union bullies.
Will you stand with us?
The union members’ presence and attempt to disrupt our recent event is evidence that we are winning this battle in Pennsylvania! Now is the time to keep moving forward and keep calling attention to their special exemptions and the thuggish lengths they will go to protect themselves and the power they have consolidated. That includes the power to bully.
Will you help us take that power away from them?
Please plan to attend one of our upcoming paycheck protection events!
