As the Legislature's new health insurance premium surtax gets passed along in the form of higher premiums, Oregonians wake up to the fact that businesses don't pay taxes - individuals do.

The Oregonians Against Job Killing Taxes coalition will hold a rally in Salem this Friday. AFP members - who collected more signatures then any other volunteer organization and had the highest validity rate of any group - are encouraged to attend.
