Our AG, Drew Edmondson, is trying to keep his indictment of Paul Jacob and 2 others under wraps, but we're holding a Press Conference at 12 o'clock just prior to his arraignment which is at 1:30pm. Paul Jacob and 2 others were trying to get a taxpayer friendly initiative put on the ballot here in Oklahoma to limit state spending to increases in inflation and population.

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma chapter of the free-market grassroots group Americans for Prosperity (AFP-Oklahoma) today called Governor Brad Henry's decision to sign the bipartisan tax relief package sent to his desk one week ago by the Oklahoma State Senate a true victory for taxpayers. The citizen group, which mobilized its grassroots activists in support of the tax relief legislation, says its focus will now turn to eliminating wasteful, duplicative state spending.
