AFP OHIO TO HOST NATIONAL PROSPERITY ACTION DAY
Events to be held in Cincinnati, Akron, Blue Ash, Columbus, Lima, Hamilton and Copley
COLUMBUS, OH – This Saturday Americans for Prosperity-Ohio will host 7 day-long events across the state as part of “National Prosperity Action Day,” a nationwide effort dedicated to giving concerned Americans the opportunity to do something about President Obama’s failing agenda.
“The importance Ohio plays is indisputable. It is critical Ohioans are educated about President Obama and Sherrod Brown’s big-government agenda that has led to more spending, more debt, and fewer jobs,” said Seth Morgan, AFP-Ohio Policy Director. “With over half-a-million calls and door knocking operations underway in Ohio this year, we are making an impact. Saturday, and everyday moving forward, AFP will be on the ground in Ohio, building a lasting grassroots network.”
Utilizing AFP’s state-of-the-art predictive dialing system, phone banking events will be held at field offices in Cincinnati, Akron, Blue Ash, Columbus, Lima, Hamilton and Copley with local staff, volunteers, activists, and coalition partners. Click here for office location information.
Nationally, AFP activists have already made nearly 3.8 million issue advocacy calls using Freedom Phones. The National Prosperity Action Day builds on the field program effort and will demonstrate the capacity of the technology for reaching and mobilizing concerned citizens.
