Americans for Prosperity: Fight for Healthcare Freedom Isn’t Over

AFP-NC to Host Hands off My Healthcare Rally in Raleigh, Saturday Afternoon

RALEIGH – Americans for Prosperity – North Carolina reaffirmed its commitment to full repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in response to the Supreme Court’s decision this morning and announced a rally this Saturday in Raleigh. See details below.

“North Carolinians remain staunchly opposed to this threat to our liberty,” said Dallas Woodhouse, State Director of AFP-North Carolina. “Now that the Supreme Court has made its decision, it’s up to Congress to step in and repeal this law. Until Congress acts, this law will increase spending by over a trillion dollars in new spending and place bureaucrats between you and your doctor.”

AFP-NC and the NC Civitas Institute will co-host a “Hands off My Healthcare” rally this Saturday, June 30. Speakers will include Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-2nd). See all details below:
