Lead Attorney on the Multi-State Legal Challenge Will Provide Analysis of Historic Supreme Court Decision

BOGOTA, NJ – Americans for Prosperity, the state’s leading free-market, grassroots organization, will host a special tele-town hall event this Friday evening regarding the historic Supreme Court decision on the federal health care takeover.
AFP’s exclusive tele-town hall will feature the lead attorney on the legal challenge to ObamaCare, Greg Katsas, Esq. Mr. Katsas, a partner at the esteemed Jones Day law firm based in Washington, D.C., delivered oral argument before the Supreme Court on behalf of the twenty-six states this past March.
“Greg Katsas is one of the most esteemed litigators in the nation and, as lead attorney on the ObamaCare case, possesses a unique perspective and intimate knowledge of the case which is unparalleled.” said Steve Lonegan, state director of Americans for Prosperity’s New Jersey chapter.
