Trenton’s Foreclosure Scheme is Back! TAKE ACTION now to stop it!
Americans for Prosperity helped defeat their foreclosure scheme last month, but now the bill’s main sponsor, Sen. Lesniak, has reintroduced it in the state Senate.
Sen. Lesniak and his liberal, Big Government cohorts won’t give up on their scheme to bail out lenders with BILLIONS of our tax dollars in an effort to turn the foreclosed homes in our communities into so-called “affordable housing units”.
The nation’s economy is still reeling from a burst housing bubble caused by government manipulation and interference in the housing market. The last thing New Jersey needs is another housing market meltdown when our property values have still yet to recover.
On Thursday, August 9, the Senate Economic Growth Committee will take up the reintroduced “New Jersey Residential Foreclosure Transformation Act” (S2157).
