Maxed Out Spending Tour In CD-11 Culminates With Rally In Parsippany

May 14, 2011 J

Americans for Prosperity wrapped up a 3-week tour through the 11th Congressional District today with a rally at the Parsippany PAL.

For the past three weeks, the MAXED OUT Spending Tour has canvassed the district to educate citizens about the gravity of the nation’s fiscal crisis. The tour also educated constituents in the 11th District about the voting record of Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen while calling on the congressman to support the cuts necessary to federal budget that will put our nation back on a path to prosperity.

Today’s event was attended by about 100 of Congressman Frelinghuysen’s constituents. Speakers included state director Steve Lonegan and Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll (R-25), who delivered a terrific speech on conservatism, first principles and limited government.

Here are some pictures from today’s rally.
