AFP, Tea Party Activists Take Unprecedented Stand Against Big Labor Union Bosses

February 25, 2011 J

The Big Labor, Big Government union bosses, led by Obama czar Ruchard Trumka, thought they would take over Trenton today. AFL-CIO, SEIU, NJEA and CWA union members were bused in from both in and out of New Jersey.

But in an unprecedented move, AFP and Tea Party activists showed up to stand up to them. Dozens of them weathered the driving rain to represent the taxpayers of New Jersey, many of whom could not be there on this work day; unlike the unions who presumably gave their members the time off to go to Trenton.

Great speeches were given by State Senator Mike Doherty (R-23), Tea Party leaders Michael Johns and Bill Haney, former Congressional candidates Anna Little and Dave Larsen, as well as state director Steve Lonegan.

Dare I say, these determine patriots rained on Big Labor’s parade!
