Four More States Now Suing Over Obamacare

January 14, 2011 J

Elections have consequences. In this case, direct consequences for the fight over the government takeover of our health care.

Four more states have now joined the battle against Obabamcare, including Oklahoma, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Maine.

All of the states, save Oklahoma, are joining the multi-state lawsuit launched by the state of Florida. Oklahoma is pursuing its own case.

Yet, here in New Jersey, the Christie admninistration still refuses to do so with the Governor frequently citing costs as driving the decision.

However, as AFP has previously pointed out the costs associated witht he lawsuit are minimal (less than $1000). The costs to our freedom and state sovereignty, on the other hand, are profound.

Governor, it’s time to join the lawsuits.
