Americans for Prosperity Begins Airing Ad in New Hampshire Highlighting Confusion and Doubt about ObamaCare

August 15, 2013

MANCHESTER – Americans for Prosperity – New Hampshire (AFP-NH) today began airing a radio ad across New Hampshire highlighting the confusion and doubt being raised surrounding the implementation of the ObamaCare law.  The ad is running across the state, and will overlap with AFP-NH’s three “Wrong For New Hampshire” rallies against ObamaCare next week in Laconia (Monday), New Castle (Thursday) and Hollis (Saturday).

“To say that ObamaCare is creating confusion, uncertainty and doubt would be an extraordinary understatement and this ad demonstrates the impact that this lack of answers by this seriously flawed law is having on working families across New Hampshire and the country,” said Greg Moore, AFP-NH State Director.  “Just this week, we learned that one more piece of ObamaCare – the out-of-pocket cap – won’t be implemented as planned.  This is a part of a seemingly never-ending series of broken promises that is leading to chaos in the lives of our citizens who want solid answers about how these changes will affect their lives but can’t get them.”

The ad highlights a website by Americans for Prosperity ( that allows individuals to determine the risk factors they face with the ObamaCare law taking effect.  The ad is available HERE.

“Many people believe that their health care won’t change when the majority of ObamaCare kicks in next January,” added Moore.  “A lot of those folks will be in for a rude surprise when the many consequences, such as dropped coverage due to higher premiums, most cost sharing with employees, reduced benefits and delays due to doctor shortages, start to hit.  That’s why ObamaCare is wrong for New Hampshire and why AFP will continue to take a leading role in promoting the flaws in this poorly designed law.”
