13% more likely to die

June 14, 2013

As you know, the State Senate voted against adding tens of thousands of people to the substandard government health care program called Medicaid under ObamaCare. You can read more about it HERE

But the fight is NOT over!

There are still some legislators in Concord who want to include Medicaid expansion in the state budget!

Medicaid Expansion is Wrong for New Hampshire! The statistics bear it out.

Analysis shows that the ObamaCare Medicaid expansion in New Hampshire would cost federal taxpayers $2.5 billion. Another review found that it will also cost state taxpayers an additional $188 million!

In addition, there is no correlation between Medicaid spending and better health! Oregon’s expanded Medicaid program showed that adding people to this poorly run system did NOT improve their health and a University of Virginia study showed that people who receive Medicaid are13% more likely to die from surgery than the uninsured.

Contact your State Senator and State Representatives today and ask them NOT to include Medicaid expansion in the final state budget!
