AFP Foundation-Montana Celebrates Milton Friedman and

the Champion of Education Freedom at Upcoming Event

Americans For Prosperity Foundation-Montana is holding the annual Friedman Legacy for Freedom Day in celebration of School Choice. This annual, international event provides supporters of Milton Friedman and lovers of liberty the opportunity to learn about the late Nobel laureate, to share his ideas, and to celebrate the impact they had on America and the world.

This year’s occasion marks Milton Friedman’s 100th birthday and will focus on “Celebrating The Benefits of School Choice.”

Featured speakers include:
Joe Balyeat, AFPF-Montana, “How School Choice and Competition Improves Education,”
Jeff Laszloffy, Montana Family Foundation, “School Choice in MT-A Legislative Update,”
Susan Gianforte, “The ACE Scholarship Program: Making School Choice More Affordable,”

The year’s event will also feature the presentation of the first AFP Foundation-Montana’s
“Milton Friedman Champion of Education Freedom Award.”

The event is free and open to the public.
