Happy, Happy, Happy
St. Louis, MO – It’s been said that money can’t buy you happiness. Did you know your tax dollars were spent developing a college class focused on happiness?
The National Endowment for the Humanities gave a grant in the amount of $24,995 to New Mexico State University – Las Cruces to develop the class “Should we want to be Happy?” The curriculum focused on “the nature, value and means to obtain happiness.”
This was part of the National Endowment for the Humanities program which funds “question driven courses.” Perhaps we need a class called, “Why does government waste money?”
Tell Washington it’s time to reduce spending and cut the waste! Click here to sign our Get Real petition.
