Americans for Prosperity Offering Gas for $1.84/gallon this Friday

ST LOUIS, MO – Americans for Prosperity, the nation’s leading advocate for economic freedom, will highlight President Obama’s failing energy policies this Friday morning by reducing the price of gas for 150 Missourians to $1.84 a gallon*, the cost of gas four years ago when President Obama took office.

“President Obama’s agenda is failing America by driving up the prices at the tank, spending away our prosperity, and burdening Americans with record debt that our children and grandchildren will have to pay back,” explained AFP-MO State Director Patrick Werner. “Our $1.84/gallon gas event will help Missourians keep more of their hard-earned money and give them a chance to voice their opposition to Obama’s failing agenda and to put grassroots pressure on the President to get serious about reducing energy prices.”

* Reduced-price gasoline will be limited to the first 150 vehicles with each car being limited to 10 gallons.
