In looking forward to the 2014 legislative session, Payton will discuss the need for more free market solutions, real spending caps and freedom to work legislation. The necessity for executive leadership from Gov. Nixon and republican super majorities in the Missouri House and Senate to pass Bold Ideas to make Missouri a competitive destination for families and businesses.
