Nixon and republican super majorities in the Missouri House and Senate to pass Bold Ideas to make Missouri a competitive destination for families and businesses. According to Payton, “Reforms are needed in the area of taxes, healthcare, education, and labor or Missouri will risk falling behind in the competitive marketplace.”
