AFP Mid-MO Inaugural Chapter Meeting/Bold Ideas Tour

May 15, 2013 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

As our neighbors in Iowa, Kansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Tennessee have demonstrated – there are bold steps Missouri can take with tax reform, health care, education, and labor to ensure our state prospers and grows today and tomorrow!

Cutting taxes like Iowa and Kansas would boost our state’s economy by allowing Missourians to keep more of their hard-earned dollars to save, spend, and invest in the private sector. Passing right-to-work like Indiana would empower workers with the freedom to not pay dues to a union they disagree with. Expanding school choice like Louisiana would empower schoolchildren in the Show Me State with greater opportunity to receive the quality education they deserve.

Statistics show that residents and businesses are attracted to limited government, as states with low taxes and regulations grow faster than those without. As our neighbors embrace economic freedom, Missouri must do the same!
