St. Louis, MO – Americans for Prosperity – Missouri State Director, Patrick Werner recently served as a guest on Missouri Grassroots Radio with Lisa Payne Naeger to discuss the release of AFP – MO’s Economic Prosperity Report Card for the 2013 legislative session.

The segment focused on the recently released 2013 Economic Prosperity Report Card that evaluated votes made by the Missouri elected officials on key issues such as Medicaid Expansion, Paycheck Protection, Common Core, Agenda 21, Transportation Sales Taxes, Utility Surcharges, Prevailing Wage, Tax Reform, & Spending Caps.

Werner highlighted various members who made the grade – Defenders of Prosperity – by standing up for economic freedom in Jefferson City and those who were essentially a road block to providing relief to the Missouri families and business owners. Werner added that our elected officials need to take bold actions to move Missouri forward. Werner highlighted the need for bold ideas from Governor Nixon’s office. “We need executive leadership, and this governor has truly been a no show when it comes to moving this state forward,” said Werner.
