What is Workplace Freedom?
Workplace Freedom, or Right-to-Work (RTW), means unions can’t require an employee be fired for declining to pay union dues or agency fees. RTW preserves collective bargaining, and gives workers a choice.
Currently, 23 states have passed Workplace Freedom laws, most recently Indiana.
