AFP-Michigan State Director Scott Hagerstrom released the following statement ahead of the launch:

“Congressman Gary Peters continues to ignore all the evidence that
confirms ObamaCare is making life harder for Michiganders. Instead, he’s
telling the press he has no regrets and would bring the same avalanche
down on us all over again. That’s why we’re continuing to hold him
accountable for the damaging effects of ObamaCare. Congressman
Peters, please consider changing course before ObamaCare gets even
worse.”

BACKGROUND

AFP has been engaged in a five-year, wall-to-wall effort to stop ObamaCare from adversely affecting millions of Americans. Since its 2009 inception in Congress, the group has held rallies, activists have written Congress and their local newspapers, and even phone banked and taken the effort door-to-door across the nation.
