Ballot Proposals Abound

July 10, 2012

It is likely there will be a few key issues showing up on the ballots this fall for Michigan voters:

Signatures are due today (July 9th), and then at least ballot proposal groups submit many more signatures than required to avoid coming up short in the event a few signatures are duplicate or must be validated.  Most, if not all, groups submit more than the 322,609 currently required by law to avoid coming up short in the event there are a few invalid or duplicate signatures.
