Celebration of the Future: School Choice in Maine

Maine has a reason to celebrate. The 125th Legislature approved charter schools for Maine. Please join Americans for Prosperity Foundation Maine and Maine Heritage Policy Center for a luncheon event celebrating both charter schools and Dr. Milton Friedman, who was dedicated to educational choice.

Dr. Milton Friedman’s 99th birthday would have been on July 31, 2011. Now, more than ever, we need his vision. To honor the impact he has had on our society, and to help clarify his moral framework for freedom and free enterprise, we will celebrate the Friedman Legacy for Freedom in partnership with The Foundation for Educational Choice.
