In states across the U.S., lawmakers are beginning to catch on to the things that the people of Louisiana always knew: parents should be able to choose where to send their child to school. The good news is that in their votes today, Louisiana Senators Mary Landrieu and David Vitter have said that the EPA should not be twisting the 1970 Clean Air Act into a vehicle for undemocratically pursuing job killing global warming regulations.
Senator Landrieu was just one of four Democrats to vote for the McConnell amendment.
