Tuesday, April 16 in Wichita
Wichita State’s Hugo Wall School of Urban and Public Affairs will host a public forum on tax policy at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 at the Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Kansas Revenue Secretary Nick Jordan and Kansas Sen. Tom Holland will be the featured speakers. The event is free and open to the public. For more details, click here.
Tuesday, April 23 in Lawrence
The Dole Institute of Politics will host former Congressman Bob Inglis on the topic of the role of free-enterprise in solving environmental problems. Inglis will outline the proper role of the federal government when it comes to environmental issues at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 23 at the Dole Institute. The event is free and open to the public.
