Tell the Kansas Senate to Support Senate Confirmation for Judicial Nominees

January 25, 2013 J

The Kansas Senate will be considering legislation over the next week that would require the Governor’s appointments for Court of Appeals and Supreme Court positions to be subject to Senate confirmation. This is vital in assuring the people have some input prior to someone being placed on the bench.

The current system, which is largely controlled by lawyers, is being defended by the George Soros-backed national organization, Justice at Stake.

This is your opportunity to contact the judiciary committee members and let your voice be heard.

Take action now!
