Daily News has now posted an update clarifying that while they are providing Van Jones with office space, they have not hired him back. So he is physically back at CAP, but not officially working for CAP at the present time.

This is my statement from this morning, which was based on the early, less accurate report.

Now that Jones has resigned, we need to follow through with two critical policy victories. First, stop cap-and-trade, which could send these groups trillions, and second repeal the unspent portion of the stimulus bill, which stands to give them billions.
