Working Together

November 07, 2012

Dear Friends,

I want to start by saying what a privilege it is to work with you to advance economic freedom in our state. In the past few months, together, we have made over 250,000 phone calls and knocked on thousands of doors to educate and engage Hoosiers across our state, and to make our policymakers more responsive to our concerns.

These efforts are the foundation to an Indiana state chapter of Americans for Prosperity which began a little over a year ago. I want you to know that we are not going anywhere.

With 30,000 activists state-wide located in all 92 counties, AFP-Indiana will continue to be an advocate for economic freedom and the limited government principles that have proven time and again to be the best means to create greater prosperity for all.

As we move forward, we will have a new Governor and numerous state and federal policymakers that will need our support, encouragement and pressure to enact the policies that lead to greater economic freedom. Together, we can fight for lower taxes, fight against government waste and fight for freedom in our schools and workplaces. Together, we will make sure that regardless of what happens in Washington that Indiana leads the way for new policies that provide real solutions, real jobs and real growth.

Yesterday was one day, one opportunity to make your voice heard. Yet, the need remains for us to continue fighting for Indiana. Every day is an opportunity to make our voices heard. Please remember that AFP is committed to this effort and proud to stand with you.

Sincerely,

Chase Downham
Indiana State Director
Americans for Prosperity
