Stop the NLRB's "Ambush" on American Jobs

Despite overwhelming public opposition, including from over 12,000 AFP activists who wrote to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) using this website, the NLRB plans to move ahead anyways with its “ambush” union elections rule.

Congress can stop this job-killing rule change in its tracks by passing the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act, H.R. 3094.
