Joel Foster

Joel Aaron Foster is the Communications Director and Grassroots Coordinator of Americans For Prosperity Georgia. As a former four year radio personality in Atlanta, Georgia, he received two GABBY’s including the 2009 GABBY for Radio Personality of the Year from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters. He is an Atlanta Power 30 Under 30 Award recipient, a graduate of the Charles G. Koch Market Based Management Training program and he holds a BA in Media Communications from Asbury University.

Joel is the co-creator of numerous training programs and civic speaking tours including
“Next Step Training” (to organize the tea party movement), “Economic Freedom Road
Show” and “Local and State Government 101”. Joel is a frequently requested speaker
around the southeast covering current events, new media and messaging to postmodern
culture as he speaks to civic groups alongside festival appearances, rallies and
conferences as an emcee or speaker. Joel has spoken on grassroots activism in front of
hundreds of groups, organized over 55,000 AFP activists in Georgia and has
participated in the production of political documentaries such as Tea Party: The
Documentary Film and Runaway Slave.

Joel is involved in the promotional launch of Our Republic and the All American Citizen
Team worldwide civic literacy initiative as a Georgia General Assembly Resolution
Ambassador. The effort is responsible for launching a series of Constitution Day
Festivals around the U.S
