SAVANNAH – Tomorrow AFP Foundation-Georgia will host a school choice town hall with State Representative Ron Stephens and State Senator Buddy Carter starting 6:30 PM in Savannah. With a current 65% graduation rate statewide, educational choice is a critical issue facing parents and children across Georgia.
The town hall will include a question and answer session and a screening of the documentary film, “Making the Grade in Georgia: Educational Freedom & Justice for All.” The film and discussion will reveal the impact of Georgia’s failing educational system and will focus on the many school choice options available in Georgia.
“This town hall is a great opportunity for people to learn about the way forward for Georgia education. Parents should be able to direct education money for their child to the school of their choosing,” said Virginia Galloway, AFP Foundation-Georgia State Director.
