2013 Economic Freedom Scorecard

2013 Economic Freedom Scorecard

June 25, 2013

The 2013 Economic Freedom Scorecard grades more than 3,000 individual votes on twenty legislative issues. Each of our 2013 legislative priorities is included on this scorecard, as well as any additional issues that we communicated support or opposition for during the 2013 session.  Our 2013 legislative priorities were based on the Five for Florida plan, which focuses on the principle of economic freedom and outlines policies that make a state more economically free.

54 legislators received A+ scores, designating them Champions of Economic Freedom.  Additionally, there were 8 As, 24 Bs, 11Cs, 8 Ds, and 54 Fs.
