Joseph Romano is a native of Connecticut with extensive background in Connecticut politics and financial management and planning.
JR served as the State Political Director of the Connecticut Republican Party from 2004 to 2007, organizing statewide political efforts including voter identification and turnout, media outreach, fundraising, and more. JR also served as Peter D. Schiffs Campaign Manager in his 2010 election bid for U.S. Senate. JR was responsible for all aspects of campaign operations including political, finance, compliance, and press outreach.
JRs background is not limited to politics. JR has a wealth of experience in finance, providing financial counsel to individuals, families, and small business owners as well and creating customized financial, estate, and retirement plans at Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he has been working as an investment advisor to individuals seeking diversification into foreign markets and gold and silver.
JRs expertise in politics and financial markets will help propel Americans for Prosperitys mission of economic freedom and prosperity in Connecticut. JR is a graduate of Trinity College and Derby High School.
