AFP Launches Major New Ad Buys in Colorado and New Hampshire

May 14, 2014

Arlington, Va. – Today Americans for Prosperity, the nation’s foremost grassroots advocate for economic freedom, announced the launch of two significant new ad buys in Colorado and New Hampshire. The ads begin airing statewide today and will run for several weeks.

The message running in Colorado thanks Congressman Cory Gardner for his opposition to ObamaCare, his support for building the Keystone Pipeline to create new jobs, and his commitment to cutting wasteful government spending.

The ad running in New Hampshire holds Congresswoman Ann Kuster accountable for her support of ObamaCare, despite the problems and havoc caused by narrow provider networks, limited access to care, and long drive times to hospitals.

AFP President Tim Phillips said the following: “It is reassuring to know that there are legislators like Congressman Cory Gardner, who fights for common sense solutions for job growth like the Keystone Pipeline, while fighting back against bad policies like ObamaCare — a law that’s led to cancelled plans, higher premiums, and lost access to trusted doctors for millions of Americans nationwide.

“On the other hand, it is very disappointing to see elected officials like Congresswoman Ann Kuster continue to defend ObamaCare, despite the fact that the law has wreaked havoc on the lives of so many individuals and families in New Hampshire and across the country.

“The President says that the health care debate is over, but we are working harder than ever to make sure that Americans understand the truth about ObamaCare and know where their elected officials stand on important issues.”
