Capping Government Spending and Growth in Arkansas

State Representative Bruce Westerman (Hot Springs) spent a few minutes with us to talk about his bill (HB1041) that would cap government spending and growth here at home. The key to this bill is that we don’t have to spend every penny that’s taken in.
