On Thursday, we gathered with doctors in Little Rock and Jonesboro at Congressman Snyder and Berry’s offices to tell them they got the prescription for health care reform wrong. Along with many of you, these doctors were outraged that the passage of Nancy Pelosi’s health care bill will put government in between you and your family’s doctor.
On Saturday night, Congressman Vic Snyder, D-Little Rock, and Congressman Marion Berry, D-Gillett, got the prescription for health care reform absolutely wrong.
But don’t take my word for it. Fellow Arkansas Congressman Mike Ross, D-Prescott, said the bill was “not a common sense plan that reflected Arkansas values.” Going further Ross said, “During this economic crisis, I believe we should focus on putting people back to work, not growing the size of the federal government with increased spending, new mandates and higher taxes.”
