Kudos to Gov. Brewer on signing SBs 1046 and 1047

Kudos to Gov. Jan Brewer for signing SB 1046 (corporate sales tax factor) and SB 1047 (school choice tuition tax credit expansion). Especially since she vetoed similar bills last year. Better late than never!

Also, Gov. Brewer has a very worthwhile personnel reform bill (HB 2571–striker) that we have added to our list of key bills.
