I was notified by one of our activist, who resides in the Highland Park area, that supporters of the liberal group, North Shore Women for Peace, and supporters of Obama's government-run healthcare agenda erected a sign in downtown Highland Park's public "pocket park," a location requiring a one-month permit.

Our local activist were outraged that the sign was still posted in what appeared to be a violation of town ordinance. My office contacted the City of Highland Park officials and lodged a complaint. After being told that multiple warnings were issued to the North Shore Women for Peace group the sign in question was ultimately removed.

Subsequently, in response to our members outrage, AFP purchased a permit for the exact same location and put up a sign advocating for hard-working families who are against the government takeover of our healthcare system.
