“Cap & Trade” has been stymied at the federal level but the RGGI scheme has been up and running for two years. This “Cap & Trade” program has already cost ratepayers across ten states over $660 MILLION. RGGI has cost ratepayers in New Jersey ratepayers over $65 MILLION.

This “Cap & Trade” energy tax will cost our state jobs and continue to cause energy prices to skyrocket.

Not only that, but the RGGI “Cap & Trade” scheme operates in secret – a clandestine operation where you and I are told we have no right to know who is trading. Nor do we know how much the RGGI bureaucrats are making on the backs of taxpayers.
