A Farewell Message from Erik Telford: Moving on from AFP

Dear Friends,

It is with both sadness and excitement that I write to inform you of my departure from AFP and pursuit of a new opportunity. Effective August 3rd, I will be joining the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity as their new Vice President for Strategic Initiatives & Outreach. Tuesday, August 2nd will be my last day at AFP.

Being a part of AFP for the last four and a half years has been a true privilege, and one of the most rewarding phases of my life. I feel truly blessed for the friends I have made and the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with during my time here.

I want to personally thank all of you for your hard work and determination in advancing the cause of liberty and the principles of limited government and economic freedom. It has been nothing short of amazing for me to have a front row seat in watching hundreds of thousands of ordinary citizens stand up, make their voices heard, and ignite a firestorm of activism toward the goal of saving this country and protecting the American Dream.

The passion and energy I witnessed from those around me was – and will continue to be – a daily source of inspiration.

As I move on to a new challenge, I look forward to staying involved with AFP, but now in an even more important capacity: that of a member and grassroots activist.

I hope you’ll take some time to check out the great work that the Franklin Center does, and please stay in touch! You can email me at telford@franklincenterhq.org and I will be in touch about ways that you can get involved.

You should all be so proud of the work you are doing and the hearts and minds you are reaching for the cause of liberty. I know AFP will only continue to grow, increase its impact, and accomplish great things.

Keep up the fight!

Sincerely,
Erik Telford
