Adam Stryker is the Nevada State Director with Americans for Prosperity (AFP) and Americans for Prosperity Foundation. AFP and the over 30,000 members statewide are the premier grassroots educating and activist organization in the state.
Prior to leading AFP in the Silver State, Stryker worked for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation as the Coordinator of Government Relations and Community Development until 2009. He oversaw the $777 million Sands Kansas Casino proposal, managing grassroots and public official communication strategies and overall strategy development. As part of this measure, Adam managed a petition drive that gathered over 5,000 signatures of support for the project. He implemented a direct mail campaign to educate the community about the initiative, and oversaw focus groups, media relations, and event coordination for local residents and public officials.
After gaining government relations experience in the private sector, Stryker went on to serve as a Legislative Aide to the Assistant Minority Leader in the Nevada legislature. Most recently, Stryker worked for j3 Strategies as a campaign management consultant, gaining valuable campaign experience on races including: U.S. Senate, Nevada State Senate, and a variety of other local races. Additionally, he managed government affairs clients ranging from large gaming corporations to arena and commercial development programs.
Adam Stryker attended Creighton University, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Policy in 2003, and studied abroad at the Istituto di Venezia in Venice Italy, during his time as an undergraduate.
Adam currently lives in the Southwest Las Vegas valley with his wife Brittany and their two dogs. He and his wife started the Kiddos NV Inc. charitable foundation that provides orthopedic and prosthetic services to under privileged you, and is a die-hard fan of the Minnesota Vikings, UNLV Runnin’ Rebels basketball and in his spare time coaches youth lacrosse in Las Vegas.
Charles Munoz is the new Southern Nevada Field Coordinator for Americans for Prosperity Nevada Chapter. Prior to joining AFP-NV he volunteered and worked on various local and statewide campaigns. He has organized everything from phone banks to precinct walks to rallies with over 500 people in attendance.
Going into his final year at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, and majoring in American History, Charles recognizes the potential of young voters and how to reach out to them.
Charles is also the Vice-President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and currently lives in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley with his English bulldog, Winston.
