Come and Hear the Truth about Virginia Beach Town Center

Beth Allen, a board member of the Virginia Beach Taxpayer Alliance and their Fiscal Policy Committee, will be presenting a report on the Town Center and its Tax Incremental Financing District (TIF) to the Virginia Beach Republican Party. This extensive report attempts to separate fact from fiction as to claims made by the City that the project has contributed $5 million tax dollars to the General Fund.
