Last night, AFP held another successful Taxpayer's Budget Seminar in Toms River, NJ with about 75 people in attendance.

For the first time, we began to meet with homeowners who will be experiencing significant property tax increases.

One such homeowner is Ken from Brick Township. Ken owns a cottage home in Brick and will be facing an increase of over 20%. Listen to Ken here.

Unfortunately, this is what is in store for New Jersey homeowners if the Christie budget, with its $2.56 billion in state aid cuts, passes.
