The annual AFP Georgia Day at the Capitol is back by popular demand! We moved it back due to interest to allow more folks the chance to join us for a dynamic day of training on the State Capitol grounds. Join AFP GA State Director Virginia Galloway for a walk through the halls during a working session of legislative activity! This is a great field trip for any students desiring a hands on understanding of the way government works and how to get involved or for any adult that wants to engage in the process of representative government. We will join forces with Americans for Tax Reform. Lunch will be provided during the day. Spend a day learning how to lobby effectively, pull bills and speak in committees! 9:40a - AFP GA Day at the Capitol (Meet in Coverdell Legislative Office Bldg, Rm 514)
(Coverdell Bldg CLOB is located on the Mitchell St side of the Capitol)
